power-steering fluid ignition?

Gotta a diesel-LDV fire which broke out whilst owner and witness were driving;
fire origin under hood left of engine block,
area houses the battery (now missing) fuse box and power-steering fluid reservoir.
Cut open fuse box; no obvious signs of localized heating/mulfunction.
Now looking at power-steering fluid as potential material-first-ignited.
MSDS's have the flashpoint (180- to 220C) but not Ignition T.
Exhaust manifold and turbo on other side of engine block.
Any Ignition T's?
Do I need a hot exhaust manifold to set it off?;
air feed from turbo runs over tapper covet to inlet manifold left (no intercooler).
