Chevy Malibu trunk fires

In the last 6 months I have investigated a 2006 and 2010 Chevy Malibu fire that occurred in the trunk of the vehicle while they were in motion. The fire involves the wiring harness for the tail lights located on the left drivers side of the trunk. There is a PDC in this area but was not effected by the fire. Has anyone else seen this type of fire in any Malibu they have looked at. If so PM me please.
