Hi Gary

Agree with your comments. But the wording of 1618 leaves a little room for interpretation when the residue contains non-oxygenated compounds as well, which is what I'm trying to clarify. Oxygenated solvents are difficult because there are so many formulations which are constantly changing and that makes it difficult to find a "recognizable" ILR profile.
