In January, Patrick made the difficult decision to auction off his beloved fire museum. With his retirement looming and the Kennedy building being sold, we just didn’t have the space for all of his memorabilia. It was also one of Pat’s final wishing that his museum proceeds go towards setting up college funds for his 3 grandchildren; Devin, Brennan and Kerrigan. This is not an easy parting for the Kennedy family because we know how much time and energy Pat put into the museum but knowing that he was on board with the auction softens the blow.
