There was indeed an ATF Arson for Prosecutors class scheduled for Houston, January 23-25, 2018. Thirty-eight prosecutors were scheduled to attend with some from as far away as Alaska. However, as a result of the government shutdown, training is considered non-essential, and the class had to be cancelled. Attempts are underway to reschedule.
