Hi Mark,
We use them in our business regularly. They're extremely useful and a lot easier than trying to find an available ladder truck and then climbing 100 feet to take photos.
There are important rules in place though for making sure the drone operators do not conflict with aviation airspace though and licensing (similar to a private pilot's license) is needed if the drone is to be used commercially.
