There are now learning objectives and test questions in each chapter. Chapter 5 contains a new discussion about the future of E1618, and additional discussion about what’s going on in Europe. References are updated to include work by Jackson, et al on estimating the degree of evaporation and by Hendrikse, et al on alkylate (as opposed to reformate) gasolines. So Chapter 5 in the third edition is more of an update than a significant revision, but if you are still using edition one, the changes are significant.
The really significant changes between edition 2 and edition 3 are in Chapter 3 on Fire Dynamics, Chapter 4 on Inspection Procedures, Chapter 6 on Ignition Sources and the new case studies in Chapter 9. But every chapter has some revisions.
