Good morning Gary
Have a couple of questions to as to give you an educated answer.
1. What is a Stenter Machine?
2. What are the current adopted codes of the jurisdiction?
3. How long has the business with the Stenter machine been in business in that specific location?
4. When was the last fire and life safety inspection done by the authority having jurisdiction?
The answers to those 4 questions will at least be able to give me enough evidence to make an educated hypothesis.
