Sub-economic housing - No contents insurance, lost it all.
Only has structural insurance as it is a requirement to get a bond;
bank has her over a barrel, and she ain't got the money to fight their legal team.
So I'm the dude (pale male; scrounge of our rainbow nation...) helping this mama
prepare a plea to our short-term insurance Ombudsman.
