I have come across many investigative reports that describe agreement between investigators on origin and cause. This shows a lack of understanding of the what "science" is and how to reliably apply the Scientific Method to specific evidence. This quote provides a reliable understanding of these concepts. While the Scientific Method can produce consensus, consensus is not a required element of the Scientific Method to reach a reliable determination.
