Let’s say they really did not know better then but there is no question with all the added information that has come out they know it now or should know it. If that agent or other agents now have reason to question what was testified to as fact why do they not come forward and give testimony to that fact.
I would bet if you were to ask that agent today, he would say his facts were correct then and are correct now. Never will admit to being wrong.
