This is absolutely ridiculous!!!

Every pdf page is watermarked and annotated.

Looks like I'll buy a two copies. One to have a physical copy and the other to cut the spine out and turn it into my own pdf.

So much for having a tablet loaded with digital docs.

What's next, NFPA decides the printed word is too accessible and we have to hire a scribe to hand copy text from the original manuscript?
