Thank you for the update John.
Your experiences are much different than those I have experienced out here on the west coast. Especially in the nine western states, I have seen pretty much let anyone testify on anything and the court generally allow it, especially under FRYE.
Complete Consistency across all legal venues would be a nice start, but alas that it not likely to happen anytime soon in the near future.
