I’ve just learned that the testing done by the Warren Group had a significant result in one of the test. In that test the temperature was 298°F and the test had to be shut down because the heat transfer from the cheese melter through the lag bolt into the plywood on the wall cause the plywood to start to smolder. This caused them to terminate this test at the 30 minute mark
This tends to refute the result of testing that states low temperature exposure to wood will not cause them to ignite below their reported ignition temperature.
