Just When You Thought You have seen it all---

Came across this beauty today. Witness states installed with permits by a licensed electrician. The Romex runs to a Stacked Washer/Dryer 240VAC circuit, and is plugged into 240VAC Range circuit. Wiring secured with tape and bent over nails, breaker secured with electrical tape (to panel cover?).
Thought I would provide some real life situations/humor during these difficult times. Yes this is a real fire I just finished.
