Got a fire involving a double bed in a 12' x 14' bedroom with gypsum-board ceilings
(either 1/4" or 1/3", attached to 1.4" x 1.4" timber brandering);
debate hinges (amongst others) about how quickly ceiling would give (room went to flashover).
Many unknown variables, but any hard data you can refer me to?
