Jim, I have no quarrel with your reason for asking. My "Exactly" was actually meant to refer to why lie about this in the first place. Maybe the opposing counsel should have asked the judge to allow questioning him with the jury not present on this testimony. Whose fault is it if an expert is not examined about his/her testimony?
