Doug,
As one of the principle authors of the definitions of fire dynamics and fire science, which you quote, as well as the "NFPA 1033 list," I must assure you that nothing is intended in those paragraphs to be subject to "implied expansion" of what is not there.
You should not infer what is not written on the page.
That bringing said, we, of course, welcome your input in the form a proposals.
