The implication was addressing the "NFPA 1033 list." That is, the list implies through the inclusion of "fire science" that, for example, "fluid dynamics" would be required prerequisite knowledge.
I have not made any implications associated with the definitions in NFPA 921.
I intend to submit a proposal in the next NFPA 1033 revision cycle, not NFPA 921.
