I would say have the option if cost is not too bad and encourage use only when estremely necessary. If it is cost prohibitive or abused, get rid of it. In that case, there is no reason if you have something I want (as we have done in the past) that I contact you and you get it to me one way or the other. John Lentini and some others have been very generous in this area as well.

As to financials, are you and Bob and anyone else out of pocket for this site? If so, and it is only fair, we should have something set up where can send in donations to reimburse you guys. Perhaps, you could have a suggested donation amount and hopefully enough people that would cover, otherwise let us know what it costs and ask for defrayment help.
