The fact that the courts take that long to come to conclusions is what is rediculous. Judges need to spend more time throwing out rediculous law suits and letting lawyers drag things out for an eternity. I'm sure even though it's been 5 years, someone is anxiously awaiting the outcome of this. It was 5 years in January that my son and his sisters died in the fire. Still waiting.
