Hand Sanitizer & Fire

I am reviewing a "Safety Poster" from Chevron dated 2005, that shows a persons fingers burned, after using a hand sanitizer and immediately lighting a cigarette.
Does anyone have any details on this poster? Anyone aware of fires and hand sanitizer? Understanding on the bottle it notes" Flammable, keep away from fire or flame. Thanks...Posted is on the internet....listed Safety Moment - Chevron
