My local (well, it's 700 miles from me) lab that does my fire debris analysis for me
has sent out their a annual customer feedback questionnaire (part of their ISO 17025 accreditation requirements).
I find them fast, efficient and competent (report within 48 - 72 hours of my dispatch),
the only negative is the price (typically $400 for two samples).
Am I a Stooge? What is the going rate in the developed world?
