Come on Jim,
I am sure some one in FEMA probably had been to New Orleans in August stayed in a hotel with air conditioning and thought golly gee wiz its cold in this hotel room, I know I will contribute to the process,it sounds a bit zany to me. It does seem that the Federal Government just can't seem to get it right.
But Jim for God's sakes man to be a Patriotic citizen you must just TRUST THEM!!!
If you had not lost everything it could be conscrewed (new word) that it was funny.
