Greeting from the lower end of the southern hemisphere!
Undoubtedly, over the years most have heard, or heard of, the saying that the most dangerous time during the fire is actually after the fire has been extinguished and in particular when we are conducting our investigations.
Does anyone know where this gem comes from, or of any reputable document that backs that statement?
I look forward to hearing from anyone with any leads.
