Hello,

NFPA 921: CH. 15.2.3.4 addresses this. A suggestion is a policy/procedure that requires that no image no matter how poor is ever deleted. All photos (digital images) recorded to your camera media should be transferred to CD/DVD and/or another off-site media or portable hard drive ASAP. Write the procedure as your policy for all photographers to follow.
