2005 Fleetwood Class A Motorhomes

I was wondering if anyone else has had any "dash" fires in these units? I have documented one with highly localized damage (the size of the fire was limited to roughly a basketball), and received an assignment to examine an alleged second dash fire(unknown extent of damage). I am curious if this is just a freak thing or if anyone else has examined these.
