Flexel Carbon Heating - Radiant Ceiling Panels

Good day all...

Anyone have normal operating temperatures for a Flexel radiant ceiling heating panels...

This one hadn't caused a fire yet, but I did find a length of 2x4 between the ceiling drywall and the radiant ceiling panel that had been there for more than 15 years and presented with impressive decomposition from long term/low temperature heating from the panel, and I was hoping to determine what type of temperatures this 2x4 was exposed to over these years.
