I thought that I may need to clarify my post. I am not wanting to have someone give me an archived NFPA 1031-1982 or sell it to me. I only need a copy of the FI section of NFPA 1031-1982 so that I can compare the content in that edition with the 1987 Edition of NFPA 1033. This is for personal use (research) and not part of a case or project that I have been funded for.
I have been in contact with NFPA and 1033-1982 is available from the catalog and I may have to purchase it, which is OK. With the change in the NFPA "All Access" for NFC, which I do have, the archived editions are limited to 4 or 5 previous editions. The older versions that I do have as downloads will not open as my Operating System is newer than when I downloaded them and I have not been able to establish if the "Adobe Reader Add On" to open those documents is still available.
