Over the years, I have been contacted by numerous Investigators, Handlers and Prosecutors who looked to this case to justify why we should be able to go into court and testify that an ignitable liquid is present, based on the actions of a dog, even without confirmation of a laboratory. After all, it was "upheld" by the KY Supreme Court. I even know trainers in some of the most recognized ADC Training Programs who still teach this today. Hopefully this will convince them to stop.
I too want to congratulate Paul Bieber and Greg Gorbett for their efforts.
