HUH this is not an investigation. It was a warning and BOLO for this type of issue .This happened without the phone being plugged in or continued after the phone was removed from the charger for hours. Now we could spend all day doing a calculation but when you smell burning plastic and it is on a overstuffed couch it a safe bet that it can ignite this item as a mater of fact a rather large item 3 MG fuel package and once that happens its off to the races in most standard size rooms if not suppressed early. So its a Be On The look Out For kind of thing not a I need help solving the problem thing but thanks for your input non the less.
