Radiant heat

Guys,
Does anyone know of or remember if there are exposure distance tables for radiant heat produced by a fire in a flammable liquid storage tank? I have been asked as part of the preparation for a major disaster drill, and am unable to think of any relevant information that I can provide to them. I seem to recall that there is something somewhere, so I am looking for help with my memeory. They want it, I think, so that the umpires can “score” the responders correctly.
