A recent article just published by a national law firm has stated in summation:

The Florida Supreme Court on October 15, 2018, in the case of Delisle v. Crane, Case (No. SC16-2182), reportedly stated “With our decision today, we reaffirm that Frye, not Daubert, is the appropriate test in Florida courts.”

As with any posting here, I recommend anyone interested in this topic perform their own due diligence and research to verify the authenticity of the information themselves. I am just reposting the generic discussion for the good of the industry.
