That was 1985. I am here to tell you this is still going on today just last week I got a call from an attorney on a case where the whole fire was called on one pattern on the floor that samples found nothing in and with no other evidence to show Arson. While I cant comment more at this time with details wish I could but there is sure to be litigation forthcoming.
