Natural gas supply pressure to appliances is generally at 7 inches water column (0.25psi approx) versus propane gas which is generally supplied at 11 inches water column (0.39psi approx).

You can find additional information on Table 23.8 in 2017 edition NFPA 921, with the general FL range of 4.5%-15% (variables on this depending on the type of natural gas supplied). One "Volume of Air Required to Burn one Volume of Gas" is approximately 9.2-10.2 (Again depends on the type of Natural Gas) of air for combustion.
