Last paragraph in a written report

During recent testimony in a jury trial I was asked about the last paragraph of my origin and cause report that reads in part,
"The investigation and opinions provided in this report were made within a reasonable degree of scientific and professional certainty. All of which conform to the accepted principals of fire investigation and are based on the facts and information made available as of the date of this report."
Defense counsel made a big fuss about the word "certainty"
Any opinions as to weather the above paragraph needs amended.......
