"Get out of jail free clause" or the application of the SM? The SM is an iterative methodology that allows for new information, data, and evidence to be included in the process. The SM produces reliable determinations (assuming reliable application) that are reliable until they are not. Science (compilation of reliable knowledge) is not static. At any time, any hypothesis can be disproved with the availability of new evidence.
