Sifting the Ashes, Summer 2021 Edition

The Summer 2021 edition of “Sifting the Ashes” is now available at my website, www.firescientist.com.

This issue is a little late because it was only a few days ago that the lead story about a new Strategic Vision document could be circulated, and also NFPA 1033, 2022 edition became available.

This issue also has links to several articles on dealing with bias in forensic science.

There is also a case study on determining intent. If you have similar stories, I would like to hear them, because I think this is an important issue for fire investigators.
