Here to take it one step further Jim.
In Oregon, no law or administrative rule can be adopted without taking into account the financial impact of such onto the public (Economic Impact). Also, as all jurisdictions in our state have either adopted the IBC or NFPA fire codes into their specific County/City ordinances, this may now create a conflict with our laws as currently written.
It is important to remember there are twice as many people in the San Fransisco Bay area that there are in my entire state.
