The NFPA has published the Technical Committee's Report on Comments for the 2008 edition of 921:

Worthwhile reading and my commendation to the Committee in trying to address some of the more controversial topics.

Although I must say if they are still going to include the term "vapor density" in the Guide, wouldn't it be nice if they could at least collectively agree on a definition for the term. spinning smiley sticking its tongue out
