Try this...
Google EXACTLY what the error page says (place it in quotes) and search for a fix. I had a colleague with this problem a year or so back where the computer created a file of websites that it would not allow access, including Microsoft's website. Once I found the file, I was able to delete these web addresses and was able to immediately access the web sites,
