Unforunately Jim, no I can't.

The public and committee proposals have not yet received a final vote by the technical committee. The final letter ballot committee votes are due in to the NFPA before the end of the month.

The official NFPA "Report on Proposals" will be published very soon thereafter. At that point the committee's work becomes public and we can discuss the crap out of it freely.

Seems a little stealthy, but "them's the rules."
