I completley understand, as I have been a victim of false postings in the past, but it was decided a long time ago by consensus of the forum to allow anyone to post.

This forum version has a great deal of more options than the previous one, including that the server host logs and tracks all IPs at time of registry and with this version, posters can be banned (blocking email address and IP address both) to stop such postings if they become a problem in the future.

I will keep an eye on this and if things get out of control after warning the offender, more stringent methods may be required.
