ISFI 2010 - The International Symposium on Fire Investigation Science and Technology is the most prestigious international conference dedicated entirely to topics involving “state-of-the-art” fire investigation and analysis issues.

ISFI 2010 is the 4th presentation of this biennial professional symposium. ISFI emphasizes the application of modern fire science and technology to fire investigations and analyses.

ISFI 2010 brings together a cadre of internationally known and respected fire investigation professionals to present and discuss the cutting edge of the profession's knowledge base in fire investigation science, research, technology, and methodology. Over 175 delegates, presenters, and exhibitors from eight countries attended ISFI 2008. With the great success of ISFI 2008 and enthusiastic post-symposium reviews, attendance is expected to significantly increase for ISFI 2010.

Each day of the Symposium will offer plenary session presentations in the mornings and afternoon breakout presentation lectures. Included in the delegate registration there will be daily continental breakfasts, daily buffet luncheons, and refreshment breaks throughout the day. The Symposium language is English.

The popular ISFI social gatherings are also returning, including the Sunday night Pre-Symposium Informal Gathering, the Monday evening Cocktail Reception, and the Tuesday evening Gala "Black Tie" cocktail hour and dinner.

ISFI 2010 is now accepting abstracts from authors wishing to present papers. Accepted papers will be published in the widely read and cited ISFI Proceedings.
