The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) Fire Research Laboratory (FRL) is filling several vacancies and expanding its staff. We are recruiting scientists/engineers to serve at all levels, including supervisory positions:
- Chief, Fire Research Laboratory
- Chief, Engineering Section
- Fire Scientist/Engineer
- Electrical Engineer
The FRL is located in Beltsville, MD, in a professional business park in a suburb north of Washington, DC. It is a world-class testing facility dedicated to: "Advancing the science of fire investigation by supporting ATF Fire Investigations, providing training and disseminating information based on applied research." This is a unique opportunity to use your skills in an area that is vital to public safety by helping to prevent acts of arson and arson-for-profit.
