SUMMARY:
ShowHauler Trucks, Inc. (ShowHauler) is recalling certain model year 2010-2014 Motorhomes, Garage Coaches, and Toterhome recreational vehicles manufactured October 2009 through January 2014 and equipped with a Suburban-brand SF-30 FQ furnace. In the affected vehicles, the plastic furnace intake fan may melt which can cause the furnace to overheat causing other plastic pieces to melt from the lack of air flow.
CONSEQUENCE:
The melting and overheating could result in a fire.
REMEDY:
Showhauler will notify owners of the issue. The remedy for this recall campaign is still under development. The manufacturer has not yet provided a notification schedule. Owners may contact ShowHauler customer service at 1-574-825-6764.
