Ford SCDS Harness Failure
I have been informed of a recent trial in Minnesota (finding for the plaintiff) in which it was alleged that the Ford/TI Speed Control Deactivation Switch caused an engine fire, even though the new type Universal Fused Jumper Harness (two fuses) had failed to prevent the fire.
Does anyone know of any other cases in which Ford’s latest SCDS wiring harness recall fix has alleged to have failed?
