Used Motor Oil Vs New Fresh Motor Oil

Has anyone seen any documentation that used motor oil (about 3000 miles old, ready for an oil change) has either a slightly lower or higher ignition temperature then would new fresh motor oil (just changed and added to the vehicle)?
