I apologise for the enquiry at this time of the year, I am working on a fire which happened in a kitchen. The kitchen was occupied and, due to the cuisine involved, coals are put in an oven at start of day. Information suggests that sparks do rise during this process. Trunking above is serviced bi-annually on contract. What is the viability of a spark igniting fat residue within trunking?
