This is a commercial kitchen that uses a clay oven within a steel casing. Food is skewered and placed in via an opening on top .Vent and hood with extraction system covered a range of seperate appliances, due to accesss difficulties at the moment appliance details cannot be confirmed. Several filters were found on floor in area of oven. Service routine is being followed up. Some roof covering is still in area and will be examined more closely.
